Before founding Lacruz Design Studio, I was Creative Director at one of Miami's most recognized luxury design firms. I ran the projects. I held the client relationships. I was the reason clients stayed.

Antes de fundar Lacruz Design Studio, fui Directora Creativa en una de las firmas de diseño de lujo más reconocidas de Miami. Yo dirigía los proyectos. Yo mantenía las relaciones con los clientes. Yo era la razón por la que los clientes se quedaban.

And I watched those clients feel something I could not fix from inside that organization. They had contracted a named principal. They paid for that principal. And after the first meeting, they never saw her again.

Y los vi sentir algo que yo no podía resolver desde adentro de esa organización. Habían contratado a una principal específica. Pagaron por esa principal. Y después de la primera reunión, nunca volvieron a verla.
