A newly built, single-level home spanning 800 m² / 8,611 sq ft — designed for a young couple building toward a future, with layout anchored by a central axis that connects social spaces with private zones in a continuous spatial rhythm. Nearly every room opens directly to the surrounding gardens. The boundary between inside and out was not a design consideration. It was a design decision.
Una residencia de planta baja de 800 m² / 8,611 sq ft — diseñada para una pareja joven construyendo hacia un futuro, con un layout anclado en un eje central que conecta los espacios sociales con las zonas privadas en un ritmo espacial continuo. Casi cada habitación abre directamente hacia los jardines. El límite entre el interior y el exterior no fue una consideración de diseño. Fue una decisión de diseño.

Concepto
A single-level home in Miami for a young couple with a life still being written — 800 m² anchored by a central axis that dissolves the separation between social and private, between inside and garden. Natural light was the first material: expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, sheer curtains that filter rather than block, alabaster pendants that warm the evenings. The palette — white, grey, stone, ecru — is not a neutral choice. It is the decision to let the garden, the art, and the people be the color. Furniture with organic lines. Calacatta marble in the master bath, designed by the studio. Two rooms that deliberately break the quiet: the private gym and a second space that carries its own personality. Every other decision points toward calm.
Una residencia de planta baja en Miami para una pareja joven con una vida aún en construcción — 800 m² anclados en un eje central que disuelve la separación entre lo social y lo privado, entre el interior y el jardín. La luz natural fue el primer material: ventanas de piso a techo, cortinas traslúcidas que filtran en lugar de bloquear, péndulos de alabastro que calientan las noches. La paleta — blanco, gris, piedra, ecru — no es una elección neutra. Es la decisión de dejar que el jardín, el arte y las personas sean el color. Mobiliario de líneas orgánicas. Mármol Calacatta en el baño principal, diseñado por el estudio. Dos espacios que rompen deliberadamente la quietud: el gym privado y un segundo espacio con personalidad propia. Cada otra decisión apunta hacia la calma.

The palette — white, grey, stone, ecru — is not restraint for its own sake. It is the decision to let light, texture, and the garden carry the space. Lacquered wood and natural stone bring tactility without noise. Alabaster pendants layer warmth into the evenings. In the master suite, a Calacatta marble washbasin designed by the studio and Fantini fixtures carry the same logic: every material chosen for honesty and longevity. La paleta — blanco, gris, piedra, ecru — no es contención por sí misma. Es la decisión de dejar que la luz, la textura y el jardín carguen el espacio. Madera lacada y piedra natural aportan tactilidad sin ruido. Péndulos de alabastro capas de calidez en las noches. En el master suite, un lavabo de mármol Calacatta diseñado por el estudio y fixtures Fantini llevan la misma lógica: cada material elegido por honestidad y longevidad.
