Lacruz Design Studio is based in Miami and designs luxury residences where its clients live: across South Florida, in Los Angeles and in New Jersey. Every project is led personally by Adriana Lacruz, NCIDQ, and the studio takes only six projects a year, wherever they are.
South Florida, where the studio is based
Most of our work sits along a short stretch of the Atlantic coast, from Miami to Fort Lauderdale. Each market below has its own page as it opens.

Beyond Florida
- Los Angeles. West Ridge Residence, the studio's first project in Los Angeles: a full renovation for a couple with two opposite design languages, under construction with delivery planned for summer 2027.
- New Jersey. Pines Lake Residence, a full renovation of a three-floor lakefront home, under construction with completion planned for late 2027.
- New York. Clients who live in New York, like the owners of Armani 3400, who approved the finishes in a single visit and returned two and a half months later to a finished home.
How we work across cities
The studio's six-projects-a-year limit applies everywhere, so a project outside Miami gets the same principal as one down the street. Adriana is on site at every milestone that matters; between visits, decisions move through drawings, renders and samples, with the studio coordinating local architects, contractors and suppliers.
Each market brings its own conditions. Pines Lake required a completely different approach from a Miami project, because New Jersey's climate, material availability and construction codes are different. Those differences are designed in from the first drawing.
