Who we are
Lacruz Design Studio LLC ("we", "us") is an interior design studio based in Miami, FL 33172, led by Adriana Lacruz. This policy explains what personal information we collect through lacruzdesignstudio.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions: design@lacruzdesignstudio.com or (305) 469-5793.
What we collect
- Inquiries. When you use the contact form: your name, email address, project type, how you heard about us (optional) and your message.
- Direct contact. What you choose to include when you email or call us.
- Collaborations area (invited partners only). Name, email address, username, password (stored only as a one-way hash), sign-in and activity history, IP address and browser or device information, and the date you accepted the confidentiality acknowledgment.
- Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics records pages viewed, time on site, the referring website, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Signals and advertising features are turned off.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not ask for sensitive information, and we do not use advertising pixels, session recording, chat tools or social media widgets.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to plan and manage your project.
- To give approved collaborators access to the Collaborations area and to keep it secure.
- To understand which pages are useful, if you accepted analytics.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising.
Legal basis
Where the law of your country requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract (inquiries), our legitimate interest in running a secure website (security logs), your consent (analytics) and legal obligations (records).
Who we share it with
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and stores form submissions and Collaborations account data.
- Google LLC provides Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics.
- Our email providers deliver and store email, including Collaborations invitations and notifications.
- Professional advisers, or authorities when the law requires it.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Where it is stored
Our providers store data in the United States. If you write to us from Latin America or elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not become a project: deleted after 24 months.
- Client correspondence and project records: for the length of the project and as long as needed for warranty, legal and tax purposes.
- Collaborations accounts: until access ends. Security log entries: 12 months.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, then we ask again.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by writing to design@lacruzdesignstudio.com. We will confirm your request and respond within 45 days. You can turn analytics on or off at any time with . If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Collaborations passwords are hashed, sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send payment card or bank details through the website.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Other websites
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest take you to sites with their own privacy policies. We do not embed their content on our pages.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
